Hypnotherapy is a therapy that uses hypnosis. Clinical hypnotherapy is increasingly accepted in the western medical world as a successful tool which can be used for healing, weight management, reducing stress, fears, anxieties, phobias and pain; to overcome undesired addictions, habits and behaviour and to purse self goals.

I am dedicated to the Client Centred Therapy. Your goal is most important to me, I respect your beliefs and your feelings, and my role is to help you find and utilize your own resources, so you can achieve your goals your own way.

I also provide energy healing. Zywia Energy combines the traditional ancient Slavic healing method, which was achieved by placing hands on the head, with the today's Reiki energy healing. This combination is very effective and powerful, and even more powerful when performed in hypnosis.
